What is a puzzle framing?

Puzzle framing is a way to showcase your jigsaw puzzle in a frame and to be hung. Making it as a home decoration. Its a good way of framing as you could at least look at the art piece you took hours to join.

Which frame is Suitable for puzzle?

All of our frames are suitable for puzzle framing. It would depend on which size would be suitable to withstand the weight of the overall frame.

Do you have any glass that doesnt show much Reflection so i can see my puzzle more clearly?

We have non reflective glass for you. It would be highly recommended as it stops the reflections from happening so you could have a good and better view of your puzzle instead of your reflection. Non reflective glass is mostly used for puzzle framing

Do we have to Bring Down the puzzle to you for framing?

Yes it would be best for you to bring the puzzle down so we can help you glue it up and frame it up for you. Only down side for not bring it down to our branch is, the size on the box might not be its true size by a few mm. Few mm would be very important for us as if its a little bigger, the puzzle wont be able to fit into the frame made for you. 

Is it possible for me to use Border for my puzzle framing?

Yes its possible to use border as well. We have many colours for you to choose from. From non acid free to acid free borders.

What is the Lead Time of puzzle framing? 

Our lead time would be 5 - 7 working days. Once item is ready for you to collect we will text you via Whatsapp  so you can come down to our branch to self collect or delivery.

Are we able to Remove the puzzle from the frame down the road?

Our frames are fully sealed at the back and air tight. If you wish to remove it down the road, it would be best to inform us earlier so we can do for you another method of framing that is call open type. There would be a few hinges at the back that is accessible for you to open the whole frame on your own. 

Would the frame come with Hooks or Strings ?

It will depends on your size of the frame and that depends on the suitability of the hooks. If its smaller than usual a single hook at the top would be enough. If its a medium size then it would be placed with metal wire. All hooks and strings are totally changable as you can inform our guys. If your piece is big then we would have to use hook as it need to support and withstand the weight of the whole frame.

Do you guys do Delivery & Installation once the item is ready?

Yes we do, for delivery and installation charges would be additional depending on the jobsite location and etc. 

Frameless Mirror

What is frameless mirror?

Frameless mirror would be a mirror that doesnt have any frame around it. Just a plain mirror. Most people use it as panels or full wall mirror designs as its one big piece.

Would the sides of the mirror be Sharp if there isnt any frame?

It wont as we flat polished all the sides to its safety for you to touch the sides.

Whats the Thickness of the mirror for frameless?

Frameless Mirror would be usually 6mm thickness and depends on the given size. If the item is smaller than usual then we would use 5mm thickness instead.

How many Types Of Mirror do you have?

For mirrors we have clear mirror and tinted mirror. Usually customers would go for clear mirror as it looks more natural and elegant. 

Which is Better, frameless or framed?

Both works fine, its totally up to you on which suits the vibe of your atmosphere more. Theres isnt much pros and cons for framed or frameless. its plainly based on looks and features. 

Can we do Odd Shapes for frameless mirror?

Yes you can do any shapes and sizes based on how complex it is. We would have to review it first if its possible based on size and pattern. Its always possible to send us a text via Whatsapp regarding about odd shape pattern.

How would you Install the mirror?

For mirror we would use sillicon glue and mount it on the wall or plywood backing. For plywood backing it would be totally depends on the wall. 

Do you guys do Bevelled Edges for mirrors?

Yes we do bevelled edges for mirrors. We can do any custom thickness for the bevel. Totally up to you on this as its on your preference.

What are the Lead Time for table top glass?

Our lead time would be 5 - 7 working days. Once item is ready we will inform our customer for ready collection or set up delivery.

Table Top Glass

What is a table top glass?

Table top Glass is usually a glass cover to protect your table from any scratches or damages being dealt. Its a safe option to use as we mostly recommend our customers to use tempered instead of a normal clear glass based on safety.

Would the corners of the glass be Sharp?

For our table top glass its always rounded corner. All the corners would be 2mm rounded due to safety. 

Which Thickness would be suitable for my table?

For thickness of glass, it would be best for you to send up the image of your table before we quote you up. As the table leg might be a big part for the suitable thickness that we are using.

Do you have any Other Glass asides from clear?

We can do tinted, spray painted or crystal clear. All of this glass doesnt affect the durability of the glass but only play apart on the looks of the glass. 

Is the table top glass Tempered ?

We have options for normal clear glass or tempered. Its totally up to you on this and it depends on the usage of the table. If its frequently used for dinning and hot items being on it, highly recommend you to stick with the tempered instead.

Would the price be same for both Clear & Tempered ?

Unfortunately for tempered it would be a little bit more compared to normal clear glass. Same goes for tinted, spray painted and crystal clear. There would be additional charges if you choose for that option.

Would you be able to Deliver for us?

Yes we do delivery services as well. For delivery you would have to drop your jobsite address and from there when can quote you up for delivery charges.

Do you need to Install for table top glass onto the table?

For table top glass we dont have to install anything for it as we only just placed it on the table and from theres its all good to go. If you want a table stopper, my guys can assist to help you put the table stopper on the table before setting the glass on it.

What are the Lead Time for table top glass?

Our lead time would be 5 - 7 working days. Once item is ready we will inform our customer for ready collection or set up delivery.

Can we do Odd Shapes for table top glass?

Yes we can do odd shapes for table top glass. From circles to curves. You would have to send us the template to do up your shape that you require. From there then we can help you cut into size and follow the dimension accurately.

Can i put hot items on the glass and will it Shatter if i do?

It wont shatter from hot drinks or hotpot. Its very difficult for a tempered glass to shatter or explode and it will only happen if someone exerts force on to it.

Can i do a glass that is Bigger than my table?

Most people does it bigger than the table so theres more room for another person to join on. For this it totally depends on the table itself it its possible to hold an extra weight. For this it would be best for you to send us pictures of your table so we can know if its possible or not.

Chinese Calligraphy

What is chinese calligraphy?

Chinese calligraphy is a writing of Chinese characters on a rice paper as a form of art. Combing purely visual art and interpretation of the literary meaning. Its being practices in China and has been generally held in high esteem across East Asia.

What frames are Suitable for chinese calligraphy?

Most of our frames are suitable as chinese calligraphy doesnt need any specific frames to be framed up. Usually the antique or red wood type of frame is being used for chinese calligraphy as it matches the colours and the feels of the artwork.

Can my calligraphy be 100% Straight ?

For calligraphy it will be used by a method called water treatment. Its a need to use this method as it helps to make the rice paper smooth and flat when its being framed. Do take note that it wont be 100% straight as rice paper is very thin and  delicate. Hence the artwork cant be fully flat and straight.

How long is the Lead Time for chinese calligraphy?

It usually takes around 7 - 10 working days as we would need to wait for the calligraphy to dry up and framed up. Framing it is a process that needs patience as calligraphy is very delicate.

What would be the best Option of Glazing for chinese calligraphy?

For glass wise, if your artwork is very big i would highly recommend you to go for acrylic as its very heavy and acrylic would be the best and safest option to go for. For small pieces and if you're hanging on a wall where theres sun shines, highly recommend for non reflective glass.

Would Border be nice for calligraphy framing?

It would be a nice option to play around with as it adds extra contrast onto the looks of your calligraphy. Some people would do border to protect the calligraphy from getting in contact with the glass itself. 

Can i Take Out the calligraphy again down the road?

Sadly it wont be able to take it out as we already done the water treatment. The rice paper is already paste and stick on the back board it self so it wont be possible.

If my calligraphy is not even out at the sides, could you help us Cut It ?

Most definitely we can. Will cut it out and even out the calligraphy so it would look more elegant once its framed up.

Canvas

What is canvas stretching?

Having an art canvas to stretch onto a canvas stretcher. Stretched and staple the back part onto the wooden plank. From there the artwork would be "framed" up with out a frame but just a stretcher supporter bar at the back.

Can you Frame Up a stretched canvas?

Yes we can do, there is direct framing and gap framing. 

How much space does it take for the sides to be Wrapped Up on the stretcher bar?

It would roughly take around 4cm all around to be stretched at the back of the wooden bar

Can we Remove It down the road?

Yes you can as canvas stretching is mainly using staples to secure and tighten it.

Do i have to use Glass or Acrylic if im framing up my canvas?

Canvas wouldn't be recommended to use glass as its acrylic paint/oil paint. The paint may get stuck and compressed by the glass and that effects the value of the item. Its usually just frame all around with no glazing

How does Gap Frame work?

Gap framing is a method of framing up a canvas. Its a frame with a bottom base that creates the extra foundation all around in the inner frame. That gap creates the effect of floating when its being fully framed up.

Can i use a gap frame as a Direct Frame ?

Yes you can, we wont give any spacing all around and let the frame touch the canvas. From that way it will be a direct frame. As for direct framing, you can use mostly all the frames we have as its suitable for all.

What if my canvas is 4cm Thickness and i want to frame up, would it be possible?

For thicker canvas, it wont be possible. We would have to restretch the canvas onto our 2cm bar. From there then we can help you frame up as our frames are mostly for 1.5 - 3cm thickness. 

Can i frame up a couple of canvases in One Frame?

Yes we can do that. We will allign the canvas together and leave gaps on each of the canvases before framing it up. 

How do i Proceed with the order?

Do drop by to any of our branches during our operating hours to get you canvas stretched/framed. We are located at Toapayoh and Chinatown. 

How long is the Lead Time to complete?

Our lead time would be around 5 - 7 working days. As if it ends earlier, we will update our customers on Whatsapp telling them that they can collect or arrange for delivery & installation

What is Scarf Framing?

Scarf framing is a unique method on showcasing your luxuries scarf in a frame. Instead of wearing one, most people frame it up and turn it into a house deco. From many various designs to different luxury brands. Framing it up shows a sense of abstract and lighten the atmosphere in your humble home.

Why Scarf Framing?

As for most people, wearing a luxury scarf isn't in their dictionary. Rather wearing it, they would rather to keep it safe and admire the beauty of its designs. Take control on wearing a luxury scarf could cause tremendous toll on you, as damaging it is a high risk.

How many Ways are there to frame a Scarf ?

We have been framing up Scarfs for more than 10 years experience. We have many methods on framing a scarf up. From Normal framing to add on like border & etc. We could even do a floating Scarf with no frame all around by using Double Acrylic method. Its a unique way of framing it up normally as you get to see it fully.

Do we Damage the Scarf ?

Framing it up wont damage the Scarf. We are professionals in handling these scarf, so not too worry. We wont pin or staple your scarfs onto the plywood. We use fabric tape where it doesn't damage or leave stains onto the scarf. Its the safest method to frame it up.

Is it possible to Remove the scarf down the road on my own?

Highly dont recommend you to remove it on your own as removing it might actually damage the scarf. It would be best to bring it down to us and we will remove it for you.

How much would it Cost to frame up a Scarf?

Our starting price would be $200 SGD. For any add on or different type of framing, price will vary. Depending on the frame as well. For $200, it would be the basic framing with clear glass.

How many glass Options are there?

We have Clear Glass, Non Reflective Glass, Clear Acrylic, UV Glass. Different glass have different uses for it. All of this options are possible to use it for your scarf. 

May i know are there strings provided at the back to Hang the scarf up myself?

As for scarf, there wouldnt be any strings or metal wire as the frame is too heavy for a string or wire to withstand its weight. We would install 2 hook on the left and right to even out the weight so it would be the safest way to frame it up.

How long would it take to frame up my scarf?

For our lead time it would be around 5 - 7 working days. For scarf it would need some time as we need to steam it to sit and rest before we can frame it up .

Will you Iron the scarf up before framing?

We dont iron our scarf, we steam it. Ironing fabric might damage if it isn't done properly. Safest option to go for would be steaming it.

Will the scarf be 100% Straight ?

No it wont be 100% straight, scarf is fabric and for us to make it 100% straight would be impossible. Every scarf stitching isn't 100% straight so we would have to adjust to make it 99% straight. We have options as well to make it look 100% straight, by using border all around. Border helps to cover the flaws at the side so it would look perfect.

What is Jersey Framing?

Jersey framing is a unique way on showcasing your beloved jersey/sporting wear. Having it to be framed up and hang up on a wall where people could admire the distinct look of it. Insert nameplates and pictures to create a more meaning towards your jersey.

How would you frame it up?

For jersey frame, we would steam the shirt to make it all straight and presentable before framing it up. Folding the shirts in any form of ways your would like have it.

Will you Damage the jersey when its being framed up?

We wont damage the jersey in any sort of ways, we will be using fabric tape to secure it without it falling off or sliding down. We wouldn't want to damage your memorabilia.

Will you Iron the jersey first before framing up?

Most definitely, would make it 100% straight and flat before we even start to position the jersey into place.

Are the background color Customizable ?

We have many colors for you to choose from down at our branch. Before framing it up, you can pick out a color for your background and borders.

What are the Best Options of glass for jersey framing?

For glazing, it would be depending on where are you hanging up the frame. We have clear glass, non reflective glass, clear acrylic & UV glass. Each of them has its pros & cons, it would be best for you to pick out the choose the suitable glazing based of where its being hung up.

Is it a must for a Border for jersey framing?

Its optional to have a border, most people go for border due to their nameplate or they would want more than 1 color for its background. Different people have different ways on how to showcase they master piece.

How much is a Jersey Framing?

For jersey framing, starting price would be $180. Based on smallest shirt size with a basic frame, clear glass and a background. Price will vary if there's any add ons for border, nameplate, changes of glazing, choosing different frames & etc.

 How long is the Lead Time for Jersey framing?

Our lead time would be 5 - 7 working days. For ironing and even out the sides before framing, it would take some time to get it done with perfection.

Do you guys provide the Photo Printing if we want to frame it up together with a picture below my jersey?

Yes we do photo printing as well, you could just sent us the soft copy and we will proceed to do printing on our end. 

How do we sent over the Nameplate text?

You can send up the nameplate text via Whatsapp. We will update you on a mock up with the font sizes and text alignment to confirm if its okay. You can send over the specific fonts you would like to have for your nameplate as well.
